We offer web development services which include design, development, and maintenance of websites. All services are described in your specific Proposal or Purchase Order.

3.3. We may ask for or agree to different payment terms depending on the nature of the project, the time required to deliver it, or other factors requested by the client.
3.4. We are about to register for GST and thus all prices are exclusive of GST. Unless stated otherwise, GST will be added for New Zealand residents.
3.5. No credit is extended or terms given and unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within five business days of the date on the invoice. Invoices will be emailed.
4.1. The intellectual property rights to any code, content, or design elements remain with us and you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license upon full payment being received, unless we otherwise agreed on different terms in a contract for work.
4.2. We retain the right to reuse general code, techniques, and modules in other projects.
4.3. Content sourced by us from third parties such as fonts, stock photos, videos, sound effects, or music will be fully licensed for the use to which they are put in your project, and comply with New Zealand laws including copyright, advertising standards, and privacy rules.
4.4. All content provided by you must not infringe on copyrights or other rights.
You must provide all necessary materials, content, and information in a timely manner to facilitate the timely completion of the project. You are responsible for ensuring all materials you supply complies with New Zealand laws including copyright, advertising standards, and privacy rules.
Any information or data you provide will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the services agreed upon, except as required by law.
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Either party may terminate this agreement with seven days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed to date. If you cancel the project, you will owe a fee proportional to the work completed.
If you request changes to the scope of services after the project has begun, we will provide a new quote for these changes, which may involve additional costs.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete your project by the estimated delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to the nature of creative work.
After project completion, ongoing support or maintenance will be subject to separate agreements. We offer both casual and monthly support services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website or by notification via email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
